At Knoozo, every item is custom-printed and uniquely produced just for you at the moment you place your order. Because of this bespoke nature, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds to ensure the best experience for our customers.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing error, or is not the item you ordered, we’ve got you covered. We offer a free replacement or a full refund.
- Timeframe: You must report the issue within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Requirement: Please email us at support@knoozo.com with your order number and a clear photo showing the damage or the specific error.
- No Return Necessary: In most cases, you do not need to ship the damaged item back to us.
Returns & Exchanges (Buyer’s Remorse)
Because our products are made-to-order by our production partner, Printify, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Incorrect Sizing: Please double-check the sizing charts provided on each product page before finalizing your purchase.
- Change of Mind: We do not accept returns if you decide you no longer want the item or would prefer a different color/design.
- Incorrect Address: Knoozo is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
How to Resolve an Issue
- Take a high-resolution photo of the defective product on a flat surface where the tag and error are clearly visible.
- Send the photo and your order details to support@knoozo.com
- Our team will review the claim and, if approved, will issue a reprint or refund immediately.
