We operate a print on demand store. Your product will be custom printed once you place an order. Currently we only use print on demand (POD) manufacturers based in the USA and we only ship within the USA.

The intention is to ensure quality products that are  delivered as quickly as possible. However as production, packing and then shipping does take some time your order could take between 3 – 8 days to reach you. It’s usually on the 3 days side but please be aware that stock issues may arise with any one POD supplier.

Also please note that if you order multiple products from different categories these may be printed by separate POD suppliers within the USA. When that happens you will receive multiple deliveries. Shipping is included in all our prices so there will be no impact on the cost.

A: Orders are usually delivered in 3 – 8 days. Carriers may make this a little sooner or a little later.

We provide tracking and assistance to all our customers.

Knoozo is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages by the carrier.

A: Yes

We will issue returns/ exchanges in the following cases:

– The wrong item was received in terms of color, size, or model
– The product has arrived in a damaged condition
– The item arrived in poor quality

* Returned products to be shipped at customer’s expense unless items arrived damaged or incorrect print, color or size.

A: Orders may be cancelled if they have not entered into the printing process. All products are printed to order.

Orders that have begun printing will be fulfilled normally and may not be cancelled. Cancellations are made at the sole discretion of Knoozo.

SENT DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
In the unlikely case of a damaged item or if you received the wrong item. please email us using the contact form within 7 days to correct the issue. We cannot help you after a week or if the item has been worn/used.

Thank you for your support, you’ll probably never have to contact us for this stuff.
